WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AND BY PHONE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Phone orders will be sent an electronic version for signature online.
1: Sales Tax:
No taxes unless "Bill To" address is in California.
2: Shopping Cart:
the total in your cart is the final total (except CA taxes). There will be no surprises during checkout.
3: New items in a box:
30 day money back guarantee (EXCEPT ITEMS LISTED BELOW). Shipping there and back is not refundable.
4: Demo/Sale/Refurb Goods:
Demo, display, factory refurbished items, closeouts, sale items, oxygen generators (P15000, P6000, AirSep, DeVilbis, Phillips) ozone generators & ALL water systems and related parts (aerator adaptors): All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on any demo or factory refurbished item. All water systems on this web site cannot be returned. We will perform warranty service and provide assistance to make the equipment work according to manufacturer's specs. Any return on such items listed above that we "authorize" may incur a 10% restocking fee and freight both ways is not refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS WILL BE UNDER WARRANTY BASED ON WARRANTY DECLARED ON PRODUCT'S PURCHASE PAGE AND/OR NOTED ON SALES ORDER.
All shipping prices are applicable for locations within the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, HI, and Canada are not included and a quotation must be made prior to order. We will not be responsible for additional shipping fees after you place an order outside the US (contiguous 48 states). Please call or email us before ordering if you live in AK, HI, Canada or outside the USA.
6: A: Cancellations & Returns:
Shipping costs to customer and back to factory are not refundable. A 25% restocking may apply to returns without original contents & packaging. RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any item that is returned. Any item sent back without RMAs will be refused and sent back to buyer. We will not be held responsible for any shipping fees whatsoever. Any returns that are authorized which sustained damage (excluding damage caused by shipping company) will be repaired and billed directly to buyer. Cancellations before your order ships will incur a 3% cancellation/administration fee if your credit card has been charged. Any cancellations or returns made after item ships & is delivered will incur a 15% cancellation/restocking fee and freight both ways is not refundable.
7: OZONE PURIFICATION SYSTEMS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.
8: USED ROM MACHINE CANCELLATIONS:
Used ROMs are not refundable after 3 days of payment. If cancelled within the 3 days of payment, there will be a 3% administrative fee deducted from the credit.

10: Magentico Sleep Pads
Returns eligible after 5 months of use. Product may take this long before positive benefits are felt. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Shipping back to Magnetico must be authorized and RMA numbers must be obtained from Magnetico, Inc and buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping we incurred to you is not refundable (even though shipping is stated as free). For all Magnetico returns, call 800-265-1119.
("Build to order" custom units): All Star Trac strength, Star Trac E series (embedded screen cardio units) Magnum Fitness (all) items, Maximus, and Trackmaster are "build to order" and cancellations fees will be 15% of purchase price and all freight charges involved if item was built and/or built and shipped are not refundable. Customer agrees to pay in advance for all BTO goods regardless of lead time for item to ship.
You agree not to do a chargeback if product has been delivered. Any chargeback issues arising out of shipping delays, defects, service calls, and repair will be refuted. You agree to allow us to resolve the issue until product is A: working to your satisfaction or B: we replace the item with a satisfactory unit.
13: Delivery time:
We do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All in stock items take approximately 5-7 business days to ship and another 5-7 business days for delivery. Cancellations due to delays in shipping retain the same cancellation fees to buyer as mentioned above.
**** IMPORTANT*** If your box or product arrives damaged, you must indicate with driver and get a signed confirmation from the shipping company at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in delays to fix your item (and in some cases, we will not fix the item and you will be responsible for any costs associated to repairs). This does NOT apply to damage that is not visible upon delivery.
