The main feature of the X-Bike is the unique X-Bar handlebar system predominately called "X-Bars". This X-Bar system allows the handlebars to arc from side to side against adjustable resistance, a movement that allows you to simulate making turns and "pumping" the bars from side to side. A result of this action is core strength training. This movement forces your body to work the upper body and core muscles thereby increasing the results of your workouts.
