The Dual Adjustable Pulley provides thousands of functional, integrated movement opportunities. The unlimited high-low cable positioning combinations and extended cable travel offer both upper and lower body oriented exercise options that can incorporate power and strength into any imaginable total body fitness regimen.

It features dual pulleys that can be moved with one hand using the ergonomically designed pull handles. Countless variations of the basic exercises are possible using the six included accessories (Ez-curl bar, thigh/ankle strap, waist strap, double handle strap, and cushioned press bar). Also, attached are cushioned, multi-position pull-up bars. This machine fits in a room with 9’ ceilings and combined with a multi-adjustable bench is a comprehensive personal fitness center.

Two sets of weight stacks offer a 4:1 weight to resistance ratio for low take-off weight and smooth cable travel. 180 lb. of resistance on each pulley provides ample weight for even the most serious exerciser. 12 ft. of cable travel on each side enables a variety of sport specific and ground-based movements.
